You pay for your booked bike tour on the spot before the tour starts. We do not use an expensive booking system, therefore no pre-payment. You can pay with all major international credit and debit cards, or in cash. Private bike tours have other payment conditions, please read here.

Helmets are included but not mandatory to use. Our bikes are super comfortable Jopo bikes. They have no gears, but it is not at all necessary for our bike tour. Both the bicycle handlebars and seats can be adjusted to fit everyone with a height between 1,40 m to 1,85 m / 4,6 ft. to 6,1 ft.

The daily bike tours are conducted in English. Spanish, French, English, Danish or German can be requested upon availability for a private bike tour.

Minors are welcome to participate in a bike tour, under the responsibility of the parents or guardians, be aware of the size of the bikes to be sure they fit them. Both the bicycle handlebars and seats can be adjusted to fit everyone with a height between 1,40 m to 1,85 m / 4,6 ft. to 6,1 ft.

The daily bike tour lasts 2,5 hours. Tour length is approx. 10-11 km / 6-7 miles, cycling at an easy pace. We will cover the most important highlights of the city of Copenhagen, like the Little Mermaid, Christiansborg, Gefion Fountain, Rosenborg, Amalienborg (Royal Palaces), the Citadel, Nyhavn, etc. We have + 10 stops along the tour. On a private bike tour, we agree the content and duration with the client.

We have a maximum of 12 participants on a bike tour. If you are a larger group, please send us a request by email to bookaguidedk@gmail.com.

The daily bike tours always start from the shop Copenhagen Vibes which is situated 100 meters from the Royal Palaces Amalienborg. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. Private tours also start from the same location unless anything else has been agreed.

The bike tours take place in any kind of weather, only in case of dangerous weather forecasts, the tours may be cancelled. Check always your email previous your tour for any important update.

Remember to wear appropriate clothes and footwear, especially if it is raining. We normally check the weather forecast for Copenhagen here.

Yes, you can store your luggage during the bike tour in the shop Copenhagen Vibes.

Food and beverages are not included on the bike tours. However, as we start and end at the shop Copenhagen Vibes, you can get different supplies there before and after the bike tour. They have some of the best coffee in town, ice cream, water, chocolates, etc.

It is subject to a fine to take photos while you ride the bike. But no worry, we have plenty of stops along the way with time for photo taking.

If you need to cancel your booked daily bike tour, please do it in advance by email to bookaguidedk@gmail.com, so others can sign up. As no pre-payment has been required, logically there is no refund for a booked daily bike tour. If you need to cancel a private bike tour it has to be done by email too, to bookaguidedk@gmail.com not later than 72 hours before tour start to be entitled to a refund.
